Whether you're furnishing a luxury residence, designing for a client, or creating a statement for a hospitality or commercial space, each arrangement is individually composed around the scale, architecture, and character of your environment.

Each bespoke arrangement is thoughtfully composed in-house to create a one-of-a-kind statement designed exclusively for your project.

Minimum custom project investment: $1,500, excluding shipping and applicable taxes.

Custom quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Because every arrangement is individually designed, the finished piece may vary slightly from preliminary concepts, reference images, or inspiration photos while maintaining the approved design intent.

Our Process

  1. Submit your request through our online inquiry form or by email.
  2. We'll review your project details and prepare a custom quotation.
  3. If you'd like to proceed, we'll send an invoice for a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your project.
  4. Once your deposit has been received, we'll begin designing your custom arrangement and provide progress updates and photographs throughout the creation process.
  5. After you've approved the completed arrangement, we'll send a final invoice for the remaining balance, shipping, and applicable taxes.
  6. Once final payment has been received, your completed arrangement will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Payment Terms

  • A detailed quotation will be provided after your project request has been reviewed.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit, calculated from the approved quotation, is required to reserve your project and begin the design process.
  • The remaining balance, along with shipping and applicable taxes, will be invoiced following your final approval and is due prior to shipment.

Custom Order Policy

Because every custom arrangement is individually designed and created exclusively for your project, custom orders become final sale once the design process has begun.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable and reserves your place in our production schedule while allowing us to begin design work and source materials specifically for your project.

To ensure clear communication and documented approvals throughout the design process, all custom project correspondence, quotations, revisions, and approvals are conducted via email.
