Made-to-order items typically ship within 3–5 business days, as they are created specifically for your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $70.

For orders under $70:

• $8 Standard Shipping
• $15 Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the selected method.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Due to the made-to-order nature of certain products, some items are final sale, including:

• Made-to-order and custom pieces
• Personalized items

Eligible items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
