ORDER PROCESSING
Processing time depends on the item you purchase.
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, as they are individually custom made after your order is placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
U.S. SHIPPING
We offer free U.S. standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on eligible products and permanent floral arrangements.
Standard Products
For orders under $70 within the 48 contiguous United States:
• $8 Standard Shipping
• $15 Expedited Shipping
For eligible orders of $70 and over within the 48 contiguous United States:
• Free U.S. Standard Shipping
Permanent Floral Arrangements & Certain Oversized Items
• Every permanent floral arrangement is individually custom made after your order is placed. We do not sell mass-produced floral arrangements.
• Free U.S. Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for select products and destinations and are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier rates.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping service.
Estimated delivery times are typically 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Selecting an expedited shipping option may reduce transit time but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service.
Delivery times vary by country and carrier.
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other country-specific charges imposed by the destination country may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items only.
Due to the made-to-order nature of certain products, some items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:
• Permanent floral arrangements (fully styled permanent arrangements)
• Made-to-order items
• Custom pieces
• Personalized products
Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, and authorized for return before being shipped back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
