Processing time depends on the item you purchase.
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items typically ship within 3–5 business days, as they are created specifically for your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $70.

For orders under $70:

• $15 Expedited Shipping
Permanent Floral Arrangements & Certain Oversized Items
• Free U.S. Standard Shipping on orders over $70
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated based on destination, package size, and carrier rates
Estimated delivery times are typically 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Selecting an expedited shipping option does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Due to the made-to-order nature of certain products, some items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:
• Permanent floral arrangements (fully styled arrangements)
• Made-to-order items
• Custom pieces
• Personalized products
Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
