Order Processing

We create jewelry, home décor, permanent floral arrangements and other original designs. Preparation time varies by product.

Ready-to-ship items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Items made or assembled after ordering: Typically require 3–5 business days before shipment, unless the product page states otherwise.
Bespoke floral projects: Production and shipping estimates are provided in your approved quotation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders containing items with different preparation times may ship together once complete unless otherwise arranged. You will receive tracking information by email after shipment.

U.S. Shipping

Standard Products

Within the 48 contiguous United States:

Standard shipping: $8 on eligible orders under $70.
Complimentary standard shipping: Available on eligible orders of $70 or more.
Expedited shipping: $15 for eligible standard products, paid by the customer.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Permanent Floral Arrangements & Oversized Items

Standard permanent floral arrangements include complimentary U.S. Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Expedited upgrades are available for select arrangements and destinations at the customer’s expense. Options and charges are displayed at checkout. The $15 expedited rate for standard products does not apply to floral arrangements or oversized items.

Expedited shipping shortens carrier transit time only. It does not reduce preparation or production time.

Bespoke Floral Projects

Bespoke floral projects have separately quoted shipping charges and are not included in complimentary shipping offers.

Shipping costs depend on the completed project’s size, weight, packaging, destination and selected service. All outstanding balances and approved shipping charges must be paid before shipment.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping offers for the contiguous United States do not apply. Additional transit time and product restrictions may apply.

International Shipping

Shipping is available to supported destinations shown at checkout. Rates depend on destination, package size, weight and selected service.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply. Unless expressly included or collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and customs processing may cause delays.

Delivery Estimates

Allow time for both order preparation and carrier transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service.

Please order early for holidays and special occasions. Expedited shipping does not shorten preparation time or guarantee arrival by a particular date.

If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact info@delightfulwares.com so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products, including standard permanent floral arrangements, within 14 days of delivery.

Standard designs remain eligible even when made or assembled after ordering. Selecting standard colors, sizes or finishes does not, by itself, make an item bespoke.

To request a return, email info@delightfulwares.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Under our voluntary return policy:

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in resalable condition.
Items must be securely returned in their original protective packaging, with proof of purchase.
Returns require authorization before shipment.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct complimentary outbound shipping costs.

Bespoke floral projects, personalized items and gift cards are nonreturnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, request an eligible return and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly. Email info@delightfulwares.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, a description and photos of the item and packaging.

Retain the item and packaging until we provide instructions. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. The requested reporting period does not limit statutory rights.
