Important Shipping Information
Every permanent floral arrangement is individually custom made after your order is placed. We do not sell mass-produced floral arrangements. Production time is required before shipment, so please order early if your arrangement is intended for a holiday, celebration, or special occasion.
Processing Time
Processing time depends on the type of product ordered.
• Ready-to-Ship Products: Typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-Order Products: Typically require 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, all items may ship together once your order is complete unless otherwise arranged.
Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order, as we may not be able to modify shipping information after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
United States Shipping
We offer complimentary U.S. Standard Shipping on eligible products and eligible permanent floral arrangements within the 48 contiguous United States.
Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping service. Additional transit times and carrier restrictions may apply, particularly for oversized items and permanent floral arrangements.
Standard Products
• Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate on orders under $70 within the 48 contiguous United States
• Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to eligible orders of $70 and over within the 48 contiguous United States
• Expedited Shipping: $15 flat rate optional upgrade
Permanent Floral Arrangements & Oversized Items
Every permanent floral arrangement is individually custom made after your order is placed.
• Complimentary U.S. Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States
• Expedited shipping is available for select arrangements and destinations.
Selecting expedited shipping speeds up carrier transit time after your arrangement has been completed. It does not reduce production time.
Custom Floral Projects
Custom floral projects are quoted individually. Shipping is calculated separately for each project and is not eligible for complimentary shipping.
Shipping charges are calculated separately based on the completed arrangement's size, weight, destination, packaging requirements, and selected shipping method.
Applicable shipping charges, along with any approved incidental costs, will be outlined in your approved custom project quotation and must be paid in full before your completed project is shipped.
Because every custom project is unique, production and delivery timelines vary by project. Estimated completion and shipping timeframes will be provided during the quotation process and are subject to change based on project scope, material availability, client revisions, and carrier schedules.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping service. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include production or processing time.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays due to weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volumes, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Holiday & Peak Season Deliveries
During major holidays and peak shipping periods, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Because every permanent floral arrangement is individually custom made after your order is placed, we encourage customers to order well in advance for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, memorials, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and other special occasions.
While we make every effort to process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific holiday, event date, or occasion.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the selected carrier. Expedited shipping may reduce carrier transit time but does not reduce production time or guarantee delivery by a specific holiday, event date, or occasion.
Weather, transportation disruptions, carrier volume, labor shortages, and other circumstances beyond our control may result in shipping delays.
Delightful Wares is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
