Processing Time

Processing times depend on whether an item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days, while custom or made-to-order items are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

Processing time does not include transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

United States Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States.

Standard products:
• Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate on orders under $70
• Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to U.S. orders $70 and over
• Expedited Shipping: $15 flat rate optional upgrade

Permanent floral arrangements and oversized items:
• Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to U.S. orders $70 and over
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping service. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays due to weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Holiday & Peak Season Deliveries

During major holidays and peak shipping periods, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend ordering early to allow for potential carrier delays.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is dependent on the carrier. Expedited shipping may reduce transit time but does not guarantee delivery by a specific holiday or event date unless expressly stated.
