Order Preparation

D&W Delightful Wares creates jewelry, home décor, permanent floral arrangements and other original designs. Some products are ready to ship, while others are made or assembled after ordering.

Please check the product page for preparation times specific to your item. Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship products: Typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Products made or assembled after ordering: Typically require 3–5 business days before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Bespoke floral projects: Estimated production and shipping timeframes are provided during the quotation process.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If your order includes products with different preparation times, items may ship together once the order is complete unless otherwise arranged.

If we anticipate a significant preparation delay, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.

Shipping Within the Contiguous United States

The following rates apply within the 48 contiguous United States.

Standard Products

Standard shipping: $8 flat rate on eligible orders under $70.
Complimentary standard shipping: Available on eligible orders of $70 or more.
Expedited shipping: $15 flat-rate upgrade for eligible standard products.

Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Permanent Floral Arrangements & Oversized Items

Standard permanent floral arrangements include complimentary U.S. Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Expedited shipping upgrades are available for select arrangements and destinations at the customer’s expense. Available options and upgrade charges are displayed at checkout. The $15 expedited rate for standard products does not apply to floral arrangements or oversized items.

Expedited shipping shortens carrier transit time only. It does not reduce preparation or production time.

Bespoke floral projects have separately quoted shipping charges and are not included in the complimentary shipping offer.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight and selected service.

Additional transit time and carrier restrictions may apply, particularly for oversized items and permanent floral arrangements. Complimentary shipping offers for the contiguous United States do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Bespoke Floral Projects

Shipping is quoted separately for each bespoke project based on the completed arrangement’s size, weight, destination, packaging requirements and shipping method.

Shipping charges and any approved additional costs will be outlined in your quotation and must be paid in full before shipment.

Production and delivery estimates depend on project scope, material availability, client revisions and carrier schedules. We will communicate significant changes to the estimated timeframe.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to supported destinations shown at checkout. Rates are calculated based on destination, package size, weight and selected shipping service.

Availability and delivery times vary by product, destination and carrier. Customs processing may add time to delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly included or collected at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and review it carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact info@delightfulwares.com promptly. We will try to assist, but address changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur actual return-shipping or reshipping costs. We will explain applicable charges before arranging reshipment or processing a refund, subject to applicable law.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery Estimates

Your total delivery timeframe includes:

Order preparation or production time.
Carrier transit time after shipment.

Carrier transit estimates do not include preparation time unless expressly stated.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery service. Weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, holidays and high carrier volume may affect delivery.

Holidays & Special Occasions

Please order early for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, memorials and other time-sensitive occasions.

If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can discuss availability and shipping options. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific occasion unless expressly confirmed.

Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If tracking appears stalled, your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or your order arrives damaged, contact info@delightfulwares.com promptly.

We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and your applicable rights.

For damaged items, please retain the product, shipping box and protective packaging, and provide photographs where possible. Do not discard or return the item until we provide instructions.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible standard products, including standard permanent floral arrangements, may be returned under our Returns & Refunds policy.

A standard design is not excluded from returns solely because it is made or assembled after ordering. Bespoke and personalized products have separate restrictions.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an eligible order included complimentary shipping, we do not deduct the original outbound shipping cost from the refund.
