When will my order ship?
Processing time depends on the item you purchase.
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items typically ship within 3–5 business days, as they are created specifically for your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its delivery.
SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Selecting an expedited shipping option does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated.

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $70.

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated based on destination, package size, and carrier rates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other country-specific charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Due to the made-to-order nature of certain products, some items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:
• Permanent floral arrangements (fully styled arrangements)
• Made-to-order items
• Custom pieces
• Personalized products
Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
If you would like to request a return for an eligible item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed and produced in-house in small batches.
Many of our pieces feature original 3D-printed components crafted using premium-quality materials chosen for their refined finish, durability, and design flexibility. These elements are paired with carefully selected materials such as sterling silver findings and glass inserts to create distinctive pieces that blend modern craftsmanship with thoughtful design.
The result is a collection of original designs created exclusively for D&W Delightful Wares and unavailable anywhere else.
Are the florals real?
Our floral arrangements are created using premium lifelike florals selected for their realistic appearance and lasting beauty.
Designed as permanent décor pieces, they offer the look of fresh flowers without watering, maintenance, or seasonal replacement.
