When will my order ship?

Processing time depends on the item you purchase.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Items that are made-to-order usually ship within 3–5 business days, as they are produced specifically for your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its delivery.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates within the United States are 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that larger décor pieces or floral arrangements may ship in specialized packaging and can occasionally require slightly longer transit times.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $70.

For orders under $70, shipping options are:

$8 Standard Shipping
$15 Expedited Shipping

Shipping speed and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed and produced in-house in small batches.

Many of our pieces combine original 3D-printed components with carefully selected materials such as sterling silver findings or glass inserts, allowing us to create playful yet elevated pieces that are unique to our brand.

Are the florals real?

Our floral arrangements use high-quality lifelike faux florals selected for their realistic appearance and durability. They are designed to be permanent décor pieces that stay beautiful without maintenance.
