Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved prior to shipment.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of certain products, the following items are final sale:

  • Permanently styled floral arrangements
  • Made-to-order or custom pieces
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please place a new order.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days in accordance with EU regulations.
